Dog walking
Solo dog walks
All dog walks are on a solo basis, meaning only your own dog(s) will be walked at any one time.
Ask about Solo dog walksHi, I'm Kimberley, the person behind HiKo Hounds.
Dog walking that actually suits your dog.
I founded HiKo Hounds to offer solo dog walks, puppy visits and enrichment visits around Coalville. Some dogs are happy going just about anywhere, while others prefer somewhere quiet with plenty of time to sniff. We'll get to know your dog and find out what works best for them.
Local to Coalville (LE67) and surrounding areas.
All breeds and personalities welcome.
Just your dog, or dogs from your household.
I don't do group walks.
Individual care, your dog's way
A little something for every dog.
From calm, solo walks to visits at home, we take the time to work out what feels right for your dog.
At home
Puppy visits
If you're out at work or need a hand with your new arrival, we can pop in to sort out lunch, toilet breaks, any little accidents and some playtime. As your puppy gets older, we can start introducing short walks and help them get used to the world around them.

Something different
Enrichment visits
For some dogs, those who are reactive in particular, walks in the outside world can be too overwhelming and scary. Those dogs don't need to miss out on fun though.

Every dog deserves to be understood.
Inspired by Kimberley's own dogs, our approach is built on patience, trust and understanding. Whether your dog loves adventure or needs a little more space, they're always an individual to us.
